NEW Meet Up with Elaine Gravatte

Meet Elaine Gravatte, former President of Givaudan’s Sense Colour Business Unit, and current owner of The Leader’s Dance LLC.

During her expansive career in the food and beverage ingredient industry, Elaine gained diverse experience across business functions and geography, including leading operations (11 sites, 5 continents), co-owning the company’s largest global account (Coca-Cola), and serving as the first Chief People Officer.

Elaine will share lessons learned from important people in her life and how those lessons were applied in her career.

Elaine’s passion for lifelong learning led her to become certified as an Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching, giving her even more tools to provide meaningful and productive coaching through her new business, The Leader’s Dance LLC. Her vision for the new company is to “empower leaders and their companies to thrive with balance and grace in an ever-changing world.”
