DE&I Series Presented by Humana: A Diverse Region- Celebrating Cuban Culture

Louisville is home to the second-biggest Cuban population in the nation and they represent the largest group of immigrants in Louisville, a number that continues to grow and that has helped offset the decline in population in the county of 770,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. As we investigate our region and embrace a growing community of diverse cultures, how can our business community better understand the Cuban community and better elevate their connections and resources?
